	To be an authorized affiliate of AGRIYA INFOWAY Pvt, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the AGRIYA INFOWAY Pvt service as an affiliate. By signing up for the AGRIYA INFOWAY Pvt affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. Agriya pays 20% commission on sales of it's products and services 2. All commissions are paid 30 days after the months end. So commission earned on the 1st of any month would not be paid until the end of the following month. This protects us against fraud and abuse. 3. All commission is paid via PayPal, please ensure you can accept PayPal before signing up as an affiliate. 4. Affiliates agree that only ethical means will be used to promote their affiliate link. Any affiliate found to be engaged in UCE (spam) or unethical promotion will have their account terminated and any pending commissions forfeited. 5. High performing affiliates are eligable for higher commissions. 6. Signing up to the affiliate program for the purposes of obtaining commission on products that you purchase is prohibted. Your commission will be declined if it is found that you purchased through your own affiliate link. 7. Agriya reserves the right to edit and modify these terms and conditions as it sees fit.
